'Yelling, Screaming' Leads to Drug, Other Charges In Nashua: Cops
Philip Joseph of Manchester was arrested on numerous charges after an early morning incident in a Maple Street parking lot on Saturday.

NASHUA, NH — A Queen City man was arrested and held on cash bail last weekend after an early morning incident in a Gate City parking lot. According to police, officers were called to the Maple Street parking lot for a report of a drunk and disorderly person. When they arrived, they made contact with Philip Joseph, 26, of Amherst Street in Manchester, who allegedly "continued to yell and swear after being warned to stop," according to Lt. Daniel Mederos of the criminal investigation division of the Nashua Police Department.
"It was determined Joseph had also operated a vehicle in the lot while deemed a habitual offender by the Department of Motor Vehicles," Mederos stated. "While attempting to place Joseph in custody, Joseph physically resisted the arrest."
Joseph was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on June 15, 2019. He was processed on felony operating after being certified a habitual offender, driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
