Hudkins Law Continues to Thrive as Jacqueline M. Hudkins Announces Evolution of New Role
Founder celebrates next chapter while reaffirming firm's strength, continuity, and commitment to clients

NEW LONDON and WINDHAM, N.H. — April 1, 2026 — Jacqueline M. Hudkins, founder of Hudkins Law & Title, announces the evolution of her role while emphasizing that the firm remains active, growing, and fully committed to serving its real estate and estate planning clients.
Hudkins, a native Granite Stater, now serves as General Counsel and leads philanthropic projects focused on environmental stewardship, public access to nature and waterfront, and long-term community impact.
“After 20 years of high-volume real estate work, I’m excited to broaden my vision,” Hudkins said. “It is truly a privilege to now focus on philanthropic projects that bring people together, support our environment, and create something meaningful for future generations.”

Hudkins maintains a close advisory role and remains a licensed attorney in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Day-to-day leadership has transitioned to Attorney Anthony Lenhart, who oversees the firm’s title practice and mentors senior paralegal staff, and Attorney David Kres, who leads client-facing real estate work. Together with a seasoned team—many of whom have been with the firm for more than a decade—Hudkins Law continues to deliver high-quality real estate settlement services.
From its earliest days, Hudkins Law has served as a platform for professional growth. Hudkins has mentored a generation of professionals, many of whom have gone on to achieve remarkable success. Among them is Attorney Martha Prizio, who joined the firm with a goal of becoming a title underwriter. Through more than a dozen years of leadership at Hudkins Law, she developed the expertise to achieve that goal and now serves as State Counsel for New Hampshire at First American Title, a leading national title insurance underwriter.

Attorney Reema Maroun joined the firm as a college student. Recognizing her potential, Hudkins mentored her professional development and supported her journey through law school. After more than 15 years with the firm, Maroun has advanced into a leadership role in the title industry. Kayla Grimme, a recent graduate when she joined the firm, developed her skills in business development through daily coaching with Hudkins and transitioned into a career with the Boston Celtics, where she works in subscription sales and serves in mentorship roles supporting youth development.
“These stories are the heart of the firm,” Hudkins said. “Yes, we handled thousands of transactions—but what matters most is the people who evolved here. They discovered what they were capable of and built careers they love.”
As part of the firm’s evolution, Hudkins also supported the development of a partner practice led by Attorney Candice O’Neil, focusing on estate planning and corporate law. That practice continues to provide essential services to Hudkins Law’s clients in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Today, Hudkins leads philanthropic projects that benefit communities and the environment. Her work brings together teams across legal, conservation, engineering, and design disciplines to advance initiatives centered on sustainability, access to nature, and long-term stewardship, including Kearsarge Community Common in Sutton, New Hampshire—a project that will provide public and ADA-accessible waterfront and nature trails.
Hudkins also emphasizes the importance of supporting local real estate and professional services firms. Without them, title work and closings are outsourced to large franchised operations with no community connections, resulting in the loss of personalized service and local jobs. Choosing a community bank and title provider supports local economies that give back to our little league teams, our food pantries, and sustain our communities.
