The club sent a record 16 athletes from Seacoast towns, highlighting how local youth are competing against and beating some of the fastest crews in the country.
   

• $3.9M Newington home leads Seacoast-record 36 sales for $1M-plus (seacoastonline.com) — Newmarket’s housing market is part of a record-setting May for Seacoast real estate, with the region seeing its highest number of $1 million-plus home sales for the month. A Newington waterfront home topped the list at over $3.9 million, while median prices for both single-family homes and condos remained high as inventory tightened slightly heading into June.
