Alleged Portsmouth Forgery Suspect Arrested: Log
Portsmouth Police: Maine man arrested on forgery, other charges, and Portsmouth woman arrested for assault.
PORTSMOUTH, NH - Mark J. Bacon, 30, of Main Street in Biddeford, ME, was arrested at 7:19 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2016, for criminal liability for conduct of another, conspiracy to commit, two counts of forgery-accomplice, and two counts of theft by deception-accomplice. He was arrested on an out of town warrant.
Antoinette M. Trammell, 32, of Stonecroft Apartments in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:38 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2016, for simple assault-domestic. She was arrested by an officer at the location.
A Portsmouth man was taken in to protective custody at 12:15 a.m. on Jan. 21, 2016, after police were sent to Congress Street for a report of a man who allegedly broke glass at a business. The callers reportedly pinned the man to the ground so he couldn’t flee.

Glen E. Gray, 50, of Goodwin Road in Eliot, ME, was arrested at 2:04 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2016, for conduct after an accident and reckless operation. He was a walk-in arrest, according to police.
Bruce B. Manougian, 56, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2016, on two counts of burglary. He was arrested by Peterborough Police on a warrant out of Portsmouth and others. Concord Police picked him up and then, met with Portsmouth Police in Northwood. He was experiencing knee pain when he was picked up, so EMTs were requested.
