"The Mustang, which did not have its lights on at the time, then crashed through a perimeter fence of the nearby Portsmouth International Airport and traveled across an aircraft parking apron," state police said. "Soon after, it crashed into a Kubota tractor and a parked aircraft, before coming to a stop."

Seely was arrested on aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, disobeying a police officer, conduct after an accident, and reckless driving. He is due in Portsmouth District Court for arraignment on Sept. 9.

State police said no one was injured during the incident and troopers were assisted by Newington and Portsmouth police, Portsmouth firefighters, and Pease Fire and Emergency Services.

Anyone with information that may assist the ongoing investigation is asked to contact Trooper Shane McClure at shane.m.mcclure@dos.nh.gov.
