The Portsmouth Recreation Department facility, the Spinnaker Point Fitness Center, is now taking memberships for non-residents of Portsmouth. Memberships can be billed monthly, and you may now use credit cards! The Spinnaker Fitness Center has an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, saunas, running track, basketball court, weight room and cardiovascular equipment.
