Arrests: Man Charged with Criminal Mischief After Punching Wall
Plus, Portsmouth man arrested on driving charges.

Samuel LeBlanc, 30, of Wibird Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:38 a.m. on July 5, 2015, and charged with suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on Wibird Street.

Mark E. Warrington, 33, of Elwyn Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on July 5, on three counts of criminal mischief and a criminal threatening charge. Police were sent to the home for a report of a “daughter’s boyfriend flipped out and punched a hole in a wall,” according to a report. The man reportedly left the scene but was later found and arrested. Police were later at the home for a civil standby so Warrington could pick up some things from the home.
