MEREDITH, NH — MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank) was named New Hampshire Lender of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) earlier this month.

The award recognizes the Bank for the number and dollar amount of SBA 7(a) business loans, commitment to utilizing SBA loan programs and for providing small businesses with the access to capital they need to grow, thrive and succeed. MVSB’s Commercial Lending team and leadership accepted the award during the SBA’s Lender Appreciation Ceremony at the Lakeport Opera House in Laconia on Dec. 3.

“Our exceptional team of commercial lenders and administrators truly go above and beyond to support the financing needs of local businesses,” Dan Osetek, MVSB Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer, said. “This award is a testament to that service and also to MVSB’s continuous work to offer the most efficient, real-time digital lending offerings to small businesses in the communities we serve. These strengths have helped us improve access to SBA programs and increase the number of loans we provide to local businesses.”
