Ogunquit, ME — The Ogunquit Art Association (OAA) is thrilled to announce its 71st Annual Art Auction, set to take place on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at the Barn Gallery in Ogunquit. Doors open at 6 PM, with the live auction kicking off at 7 PM, led by renowned auctioneer William J. Milliken (Maine Lic. #AUC1627) of Barridoff Galleries.

As Maine’s original artists’ group (est. 1928), the OAA has cultivated a legacy of showcasing extraordinary talent. The Annual Auction is the biggest art auction in Ogunquit and a must-attend cultural event of the year. Featuring a stunning collection of paintings, graphics, photographs, and sculptures by OAA’s acclaimed members – many with national and international reputations – this auction offers a rare opportunity to acquire one-of-a-kind pieces while supporting the local arts community.

Don’t miss your chance to preview the artwork before the big night! The OAA Art Auction Preview runs:

• Wednesday, July 30 – Friday, August 1 | 11 AM – 5 PM

• Saturday, August 2 | 11 AM – 2 PM

Attendees can explore the collection, place silent bids, and select an artist-designed bid card – a unique keepsake available for $30, which includes auction admission, a catalog, and refreshments. Standard bid cards are available for $20. Bid cards are on sale right now at Barn Gallery – and at the door on event night.
