It doesn't have to be St. Patrick's Day to dance a jig!! Irish Set dancing is a country folk-dance style that has a lively, rigorous, aerobic quality. Dancing provides a great mind-body workout which requires you to remember dance steps and sequences, boosting brain power and memory skills. It's a team sport with 4 couples working together to dance the figures set to reels, polkas and jigs. And it's fun! We meet most Wednesday evenings from 7-9PM.
