Bedrock Gardens will celebrate Opening Week for the 2026 season from May 12 through May 17. Located at 19 High Road in Lee NH, Bedrock Gardens is a dynamic public garden and cultural center that integrates unusual botanical specimens and unique sculpture into an inspiring landscape journey.
The week begins with a Members and Press Preview Day on May 12, followed by Public Opening Day on May 13. Visitors are invited to explore and enjoy the beauty of the spring season. General admission is $15, with free entry for garden members and children 12 and under.
Opening Weekend on May 16 features a variety of special programs, including guided garden tours, a tree tour led by founder Jill Nooney along with Andy Balon, Bartlett Tree Expert, and a family-friendly seed starting activity from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On May 17, two immersive workshops will be offered: Fairy House Workshop at 10:30 AM and Forest Bathing at 1:00 PM. (Pre-registraion required; please visit our website to sign up).
Throughout the week, guests can also enjoy the student art exhibit “Butterfly Effect,” a self-guided Garden Art Tour, hands-on Habitat Explorer activities for children, honey tastings form Bedrocks own bees (12th and 13th only), and the Garden Shop.
