Some neighbors unhappy with the appearance of a rebuilt chimney in the controversial “Pink House” condo development on Pleasant Street are questioning the city’s enforcement of its own rules.
The questions arise in the wake of revelations of multiple violations by Portwalk and the HDC’s recent OK of vinyl windows for the massive downtown development when metal windows were approved.
