City Of Portsmouth: National Night Out Celebrated Aug. 1

Organized by the Citywide Neighborhood Committee and the Portsmouth Police Department, National Night Out is an evening filled with outdoor social activities and neighborhood block parties. With the participation of 18 neighborhoods, the City has celebrated this cherished tradition for the past 28 years. Participating neighborhoods include:

  • Atlantic Heights (Hislop Field)
  • Bersum Gardens (332 Leslie Dr.)
  • Cliff Rd. & Walker Bungalow (Cliff Rd.)
  • Creek Neighborhood (Pine Street Playground)
  • Echo Ave. / Woodlawn Circle / Hillcrest Dr. (200 Woodlawn Circle)
  • Elwyn Park (Dondero School)
  • Frank Jones (Corpus Christi field on Woodbury)
  • Gosling Meadows (40 Wedgewood Rd.)
  • Islington Creek (Rock Street Park)
  • Lafayette West End (Circle on Sewall Rd.)
  • Maple Haven (Maple Haven Park)
  • Pannaway (Pannaway Playground)
  • South End (Four Tree Island)
  • Spinnaker Point Condos (70 Spinnaker Way)
