City Woman Charged as a Fugitive

Patricia Ann Reno already faces a felony burglary charge for allegedly stealing jewelry from a Durham home.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, June 16 through Friday, June 17.

Thursday:

  • At 10:53 a.m., police arrested a Rye man for motor vehicle offenses at the Route 1 Bypass near Greenleaf Avenue. Jordan W. Bly, 19, of 7 Holland Drive in Rye was charged with suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension.
  • At 7:27 p.m., police charged a Portsmouth woman with simple assault following an incident on Cabot Street. Shannon B. Goodwin, 40, of 75 Monroe St, Apt. 5, in Portsmouth was charged with two counts of simple assault.

  • At 2:43 a.m., police reported that security personnel at the Hanover Street parking garage said someone emptied a dry chemical fire extinguisher all over cars on the basement level.
  • At 9:28 a.m., police charged a Portsmouth woman with being a fugitive on State Street and Madison Street. Patricia Ann Reno, 36, of 126 Bluefish Blvd., in Portsmouth was charged with disorderly conduct and with making a false report to law enforcement. She is currently facing a felony burglary charge in Dover District Court after she was arrested by Durham Police earlier this month for allegedly stealing a jewelry box from a Durham residence.
  • At 1:23 p.m., police reported the theft of bread from a caller on Middle Street. Police said they bread was returned from the suspects' freezer to the store and the caller chose not to press charges.
