Condominiums at Dover’s Waterfront District Are Now for Sale

Cathartes Announces Rivelle waterfront residences next to Nebi Park and The Truette

Cathartes, the real estate development firm known for building “smart-living communities” across the Northeast, announces Rivelle, a 43-unit luxury condominium community featuring chic interior designs, garage parking and panoramic views of the Cochecho River. Projected to be completed in Spring 2027, Rivelle is the latest addition to Dover’s Waterfront District, a mixed-use neighborhood developed in partnership by Cathartes and the city of Dover. Units are now for sale.

“Rivelle pairs elegantly designed living spaces with a serene riverfront setting that invites community members to slow down and take in the beauty of The Waterfront District,” said Cathartes Director of Asset Management Jackie Huber. “Our shared vision with the city has always been to build a neighborhood that pays homage to Dover’s unique cultural history and connects residents to the heart of downtown. Rivelle fulfills that vision.”

Condominiums range from just under 1,000 square feet to 1,600 square feet and include hardwood flooring, Calacatta Venato quartz countertops, marble bathroom tile, a Heat and Glo gas fireplace and private balconies featured in every unit. Residents also have access to an assortment of amenities, such as an integrated pet spa, package room and shared rooftop deck. Rivelle will be professionally managed.

“Dover is one of the fastest growing cities in New Hampshire, and the Waterfront District is Dover’s hottest new neighborhood,” said Chris Erikson, co-founder and principal broker at Aland Realty. “Given Rivelle’s location on the Cochecho River and its proximity to downtown, we expect these units to be in high demand.”

In July, more than 100 community members and city officials attended a joint ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by Cathartes and the city of Dover to honor the opening of Nebi Park and The Truette apartments at the Nebi Park Pavilion. Located adjacent to The Truette, Rivelle is just steps away from Nebi Park’s 3.5-acres of recreational green space, its river access and the diverse businesses and restaurants downtown Dover has to offer.
