Connecticut Man Arrested On Stalking Charge: Portsmouth Police Log
Plus: Durham man charged with disorderly conduct; Mass. man arrested in Exeter on Portsmouth warrant; teen charged with domestic violence.
PORTSMOUTH, NH — Maureen T. Bunce, 61, of Woodbine Avenue in Eliot, Maine, was cited at 1:36 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2022, on an operating without a valid license charge after a stop at Woodbury and Maplewood avenues.
Benjamin Richard Sargent, 18, of Suzanne Drive in Portsmouth was cited at 12:01 a.m. on Oct. 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on Lafayette Road.
Thomas Hunter, 63, of Red Leaf Road in Plymouth, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:53 p.m. on Oct. 7 on a warrant. He was arrested by police in Exeter.

Devin Ibrahim Kaya, 23, of Watson Road in Durham was arrested at 5:37 p.m. on Sept. 28 on a disorderly conduct charge at police headquarters.
A 17-year-old was arrested at 9:11 a.m. on Sept. 28 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

Amanda Elizabeth Kruger, 30, of Whittier Street in Dover was cited at 3:29 p.m. on Sept. 27 after an incident on Lafayette Road.
Daniel Joseph O’Neil, 51, of Hamlet Street in Newton, MA, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on Sept. 24 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident on Market Street.
Brett E. Taylor, 33, of Cole Street in Kittery, ME, received a summons at 12:12 p.m. on Sept. 24 on an operating without a valid license charge on Woodbury Avenue.
Michael Alan Dore, 46, of Charles Street in Rochester was arrested on a warrant at 11:54 a.m. on Sept. 21. Police were called to Woodbury Avenue for a two-vehicle crash involving a car that rear-ended a truck. There were no injuries. Dore, however, has an active warrant out of Dover and was taken to the Dover tolls to be handed off to police there.
David Cossey, 49, of Dwight Street in New Britain, Connecticut, was arrested on a stalking charge at 3:45 p.m. on Sept. 13. He was also taken into protective custody, according to police. Melissa M. Harding, 37, of Court Street in Portsmouth was also arrested on a warrant out of Salem District Court. Police were sent to Islington Street for a report of a domestic that was verbal only.
