According to the report, the accident caused a pole to come down near Vine Street. The accident occurred around 12:50 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2016, <a href="https://twitter.com/portsmouthnhfd/status/689505469598175232" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to Portsmouth Fire and Rescue teams</a>. Crews will be working to restore it, police noted on Twitter. According to other alerts, the vehicle <a href="https://twitter.com/N_EastFireAlert/status/689510719914639360" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">rolled over and one person is trapped inside</a>.
