Dover Woman Arrested on Nine Theft Charges: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Timothy E. Hoyt, 59, unknown address, was arrested at 10:56 a.m. on Aug. 27, 2016, for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and attempt to commit simple assault. Police were sent to the public library on Parrott Avenue for a report of a panic alarm activation and found that a man was inside, “pushing things over in the children’s dept.” and acting “out of control.” The man was Tased and taken in to custody.

Jennifer A. Frampton, 43, of Slippery Rock Road in North Hampton, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2016, on two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. She was arrested on Lafayette Road after a traffic stop.

Justus T. Haney, 18, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on Aug. 26, 2016, for transporting alcoholic beverages. He was arrested after police checked a vehicle on State Street.

Ryan Elliot, 34, of an unknown address, was arrested at 9:36 a.m. on Aug. 26, 2016, on two bench warrants. Police were sent to Fleet Street for a complaint about a homeless man living in the alley way behind the parking garage and that the man had been “bother people” that use the backdoor of the business. The homeless man also reportedly made “a large mess in the area.” Police spoke to five homeless people; four were warned to stay off the property and one was arrested on warrants.

Pamela Reynolds, 49, of New Zealand Road in Seabrook, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, for simple assault and disorderly conduct. She was arrested on a warrant.

Amy Matthews, 29, of Commercial Street in Kittery, ME, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, on a possession of controlled/narcotic drugs charge. Police were sent to Maplewood Avenue for a report of a man and woman allegedly smoking drugs in the parking lot. The woman was later arrested.

Janice Shaheen, 61, of New Rochester Road in Dover, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, on eight counts of theft by deception and a single theft count. She was arrested on a warrant.

Lucas Morin, 34, of Little River Road in Berwick, ME, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, on a single theft count. He was arrested by Rochester Police and transported to the Dover tolls.
