East Wakefield Man Arrested on Numerous Drug Charges: Log

Portsmouth Police: Newmarket man charged with restraining order violation and Virginia woman arrested on drug charge.

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Joseph Giglio, 59, of Langs Lane in Newmarket, was arrested at 9:04 a.m. on Feb. 19, 2016, on a violation of a protective order; penalty charge. Newmarket reported a 12-hour hold on a subject who may have been at Portsmouth District Court and was wanted in town. Giglio was in custody and then transported to Stratham Hill Park to hand off to Newmarket.

Zachary Peete, 19, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:22 a.m. on Feb. 19, 2016, for simple assault. He was arrested on a warrant.

Raymond Brown, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on Feb. 22, 2016, for criminal mischief and domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to Commerce Way for a report of two parties working in the same office when one had a bail condition against the other. The officer couldn’t locate the caller but reportedly mentioned the issue to the human resources department that was unaware of the situation. Brown was later arrested.

Carolyn Johnson, 33, of Old Buckrow Road in Hampton, VA, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. of Feb. 22, 2016, on a controlled drug act charge. She turned herself in on a warrant.

William J. Bates, 26, of Province Lake Road in East Wakefield, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2016, for possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, three counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. He turned himself in on a warrant.
