Economic Outlook 2020: The View from Here presented by CIT
Join us March 10 to see trends for the Seacoast and beyond

PORTSMOUTH – Delve into economic trends on the Seacoast – and beyond-- on Tuesday, March 10 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. with the Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth at Seacoast Repertory Theatre.
The keynote speaker will be Will Arvelo, Director at New Hampshire Division of Economic Development. Arvelo brings more than 30 years of leadership experience within higher education and dealing with workforce development issues. As former president of Great Bay Community College, he worked to bridge higher education and business and industry to meet their workforce needs. As the director for the Division of Economic Development, he is charged with oversight of the division, as well as developing a comprehensive economic development strategy for New Hampshire.
In addition to Arvelo, we’ll hear from Jeff Feingold, the editor of New Hampshire Business Review. He has covered government and politics at the local, state and national levels – from planning and school boards to presidential campaigns. Feingold has been a regular panelist on public affairs shows on public and commercial radio and TV.

An interview will also be conducted on stage between the former Dean of UNH’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and current Professor of Marketing and Hospitality Management at the University of New Hampshire—Dan Innis -- and Seacoast restaurateur Jay McSharry (with ownership of Dos Amigos Burritos, Moxy, White Heron Tea, Vida Cantina, Franklin Oyster House and Liars Bench Beer Company in Portsmouth, as well as Ore Nells in Kittery, Maine, and owner of the Sailmaker’s House and the Water Street Inn). Plus—always one of the most interesting portions of the evening, a chance to ask your own questions.
