Elderly Woman From Rye Faces DWI Charge After Crashing Into Tree: Log

Plus: Kittery man charged with simple assault; Portsmouth woman accused of drunken driving after crashing into a tree; teens in trouble.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Mark Jiminez, 38, of Route 263 in Kittery, Maine, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2022, on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was arrested on Lafayette Road after Kittery police reported there were witnesses to an assault in Portsmouth. The witnesses claimed a man punched a woman in the face, a report stated. There also might be a witness in the car during the incident, according to police.

Mary Ellen Fennessy, 69, of Harbor Road in Rye was arrested at 11:58 p.m. on Oct. 31 on driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident charges. She was arrested on Islington Street after being accused of striking a telephone pole in Goodwin Park.

Sara J. Dolan, 36, of Rodier Road in South Berwick, ME, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Oct. 30 on driving while intoxicated and operating without a valid license charges on Lafayette Road.

Stefanie L. Goldsmith, 36, of Fifth Street in Dover was cited on driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration charges after an incident on Route 1 Bypass south.

Kevin Francis Lynch, 64, of Powder Hill Way in Westborough was cited at 7 p.m. on Oct. 17 on a transporting alcoholic beverages charge after an incident on the Spaulding Turnpike.

Sarah E. Willey, 35, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth was arrested at 10 p.m. on Oct. 17 on criminal mischief, unsworn falsification, and three default or breach of bail conditions. On Daniel Street, police took a report of a woman, who appeared to be intoxicated, “yelling” and “getting aggressive.” She was accused of throwing her vape to the ground and “threatening to charge the bouncer.” The woman had an active warrant and was arrested.

Jayne H. Jones, 25, of Springbrook Circle in Portsmouth was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on Oct. 17 on aggravated driving while intoxicated and two driving while intoxicated charges. On Cass Street, dispatch took a report of a car crashing into a house. Police and firefighters were sent to the area but found the vehicle had crashed into a tree, not a house. The driver was then arrested.

Summer Jacqueline Robidas, 24, of Norway Plains Road in Rochester was arrested at 3:36 p.m. on Oct. 17 on a driving after suspension charge. She was charged after a motor vehicle stop of a silver Saturn on Middle Road.

Justin J. Henn, 18, of Country Hill Road in Lebanon, New Jersey, was arrested at 2:49 p.m. on Oct. 17 on a transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor charge. Also charged was a 15-year-old for obstructing the report of a crime or injury and unlawful possession of alcohol charges. Police were sent to a report of an assault on the Route 1 Bypass north. The caller reported meeting a woman on the beach and accused her of assaulting him. Later, police found out the assault occurred in Rye. Police went to Boyd Road to find out what was happening and accused the man of having alcohol in his vehicle. Police communicated with officers in Lowell and a woman in Merrimac to take care of a juvenile.

Israel Collazo, 27, of Cutts Avenue in Portsmouth was arrested at 2:02 a.m. on Oct. 14 on a warrant. A woman called the police to report possible drug dealing in the area. Police investigated the incident and found the suspect had an active electronic bench warrant out of Hampton District Court on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested later.

A 15-year-old was arrested at 3:17 p.m. on Oct. 14 on resisting arrest or detention, possession of a controlled-narcotic drug, and habitual runaway juvenile charges. He was arrested on Junkins Avenue.
