Three Juveniles Charged with Drug Possession

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, March 15 through Sunday, March 18.
Thursday:
- At 7:53 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on West Road after the caller said two windows on their vehicle were smashed, but nothing was taken.
- At 11:24 a.m., police reported a theft on Osprey Drive of $800 in cash.
- At 1:34 p.m., police reported the theft of a dealer plate on Mirona Road.
- At 3:36 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Market Street after the caller said someone smashed a store front window.
- At 6:20 p.m., police reported an attempted theft of a tip jar from a drive thru window at Woodbury Avenue business that resulted in two juveniles being taken into protective custody.

- At 5:56 a.m., police reported a property damage accident on Ocean Road after Greenland Police said a tractor-trailer truck went off the road and damaged someone's front lawn. National Wrecker Service was called to two the vehicle.
- At 8:30 a.m., police arrested a Salisbury, Mass., woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Kimberly Plourde, 29, of 197 Elm St. in Salisbury, Mass. was wanted on a bench warrant.
- At 4:52 p.m., police arrested a Kittery, Maine man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Joshua Cahill, 22, of 19 Government Way in Kittery, Maine was wanted on a bench warrant.
- At 5:53 p.m., police reported a theft at Beechstone Apartments after the caller said someone stole her laundry.
- At 8:27 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man and took three juveniles into protective custody for drug offenses on the Route 1 Bypass and Cottage Street. James McDeavitt, 17, of 11 Weald Road in Portsmouth was charged with default or breach of bail conditions and possession of a controlled narcotic drugs.
Saturday:
- At 1:51 a.m., police reported a fight involving a dozen people on Congress Street, but upon arrival police could not locate any of the combatants.
- At 9:09 p.m., police reported the theft of a cell phone from a motor vehicle on Lincoln Avenue.
- At 9:31 p.m., police arrested three juveniles and took another juvenile into protective custody for possession of controlled narcotic drugs. One of the three juveniles who was arrested was also charged with speeding.

- At 12:54 a.m., police arrested an Eliot, Maine woman for drunken driving on Bridge Street. Codi Phillips, 21, of 51 Goodwin Road in Eliot, Maine, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving after suspension or revocation.
