Tai Chi is an ancient, internal martial art. Students in this class will learn a series of slow, graceful movements designed
to increase flexibility, balance, attitude, relaxation, and to
generally improve health and well being. These safe, easy
stretches help reduce stress, and are a great exercise by
themselves, or can serve to enhance your existing exercise
program. This class is suitable for adults of any age or skill
level. Participants need to dress comfortably.
