Exeter Man Arrested On DWI Charge: Portsmouth Police Log
Plus: Somersworth man charged with stalking and domestic violence; North Hampton woman faces domestic violence charge.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Justin Craig Clock, 37, of Pioneer Avenue in Sanford, Maine, was cited at 11:04 p.m. on Aug. 30 on two driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident at Sheafe and Chapel streets.
Wilfredo Echevarria, 60, of North 51st Avenue in Glendale, Arizona, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on Aug. 29 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and two bench warrants. Police pulled a gray Subaru over at Mirona Road and Lafayette Road. He was found to have active warrants, the warrants were checked, and he was arrested.
Alexander Wilcox, 21, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth was arrested at 11:32 p.m. on Aug. 22 on a criminal mischief charge after a domestic incident at Rockland and Kent streets.

Daniel J. Rudy, 39, of Bell Avenue in Exeter was arrested at 8:54 p.m. on Aug. 22 on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was also taken into protective custody. Police were sent to a motor vehicle accident with injuries and a possible fight at Islington and Cabot streets. Rudy was arrested later.
Travis G. Garand, 24, of Broad Street in Somersworth was arrested at 9:44 a.m. on Aug. 14 on stalking, domestic violence-simple assault, and default or breach of bail conditions charges. He was arrested on a warrant in Somersworth and was picked up at the Dover tolls.

Jordan M. Lamprey, 24, of New Road in North Hampton was arrested at 3:48 a.m. on Aug. 13 on a domestic violence act charge. Police traveled to North Hampton to make an arrested on a 12-hour domestic violence incident that occurred on Austin Street. She was arrested and taken back to Portsmouth.
Matthew Cory Pappas, 29, of Harrison Avenue in Woburn, Massachusetts, was cited at 3:28 p.m. on Aug. 12 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. Police were sent to a report of a multi-car accident on Route 1 Bypass north. A woman accused a driver in a Dodge Charger with New Jersey plates of clipping her car, a truck was struck, and then the Charger was off the road. The driver was cited for having a suspended license.
