Two People Arrested At Underage Drinking Party
The following arrest information was supplied by the Portsmouth Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Friday, Oct. 28 through Saturday, Oct. 29.
Friday:
- At 2:05 p.m., police reported a reckless operation complaint at the Home Depot parking lot on Arthur Brady Drive. A couple told police a man was driving a pick-up truck too fast in the parking lot and nearly hit them before they entered the store.
- At 4:03 p.m., police reported a criminal mischief complaint at Beechstone Apartments. The caller said a neighbor has been flattening the tires on his car by placing lawn screws behind his two rear tires. He said two tires valued at $90 each were damaged on Friday.
- At 7:26 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man for drug offenses on the Route 1 Bypass near Greenleaf Avenue. A 17-year-old juvenile was taken into protective custody. Patrick Keith Ballantyne, 19, of 620 F.W. Hartford Drive in Portsmouth was charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.
- At 8:05 p.m., police arrested a Dover woman for drunken driving on Hanover Street. Lindsay Perret, 35, of 31 County Farm Road in Dover was charged with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest or detention and conduct after an accident.
- At 8:39 p.m., police investigated a skateboarder complaint on Islington Street.
- At 9:25 p.m., police charged a Portsmouth woman following a domestic complaint on Anne Avenue. Catherine Credit, 31, of 68 Anne Ave., Apt. 3, in Portsmouth was charged with simple assault.
- At 9:58 p.m., police arrested a Seabrook man on Robert Avenue who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Harley Fischer, 25, of 17 Whittier Drive in Seabrook was wanted on a bench warrant, resisting arrest or detention, and driving after revocation or suspension.

- At 1:09 a.m., police investigated a liquor offenses complaint on Gosling Road and arrested two Portsmouth men and took three juveniles into protective custody. Christopher Lalos, 19, of 579 Sagamore Ave., Apt. 104 in Portsmouth was charged with facilitating a drug or underage drinking party. Connor Nicholas Holt-Corti, 18, of 276 Dennett St., in Portsmouth was charged with the same offense as Lalos and also with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.
- At 3:11 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman following a domestic incident. Heather Leavitt, 36, of 33 Blue Heron Drive in Portsmouth was charged with two counts of second degree assault and three counts of simple assault.
- At 6:52 p.m., police reported a burglary on Greenland Road.
- At 7:33 p.m., police reported a burglary on Lafayette Road.
- At 7:59 p.m., police reported a burglary on West Road.
- At 10:52 p.m., police reported a burglary on Arthur Brady Drive.
