Florida Man Arrested on Domestic Violence Charge: Portsmouth Police Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Bugari, unknown first name, 28, of Freedom Circle in Portsmouth, was cited at 11:41 p.m. on Feb. 12, 2017, for license required after a motor vehicle stop on Parrott Avenue.

Krystal L. Kenny, 33, of Pickering Road in Rochester, was arrested at 10:31 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, after a traffic stop on Cate Street.

Collin A. Souvannasing Summers, 20, of Blue Heron Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. on Feb. 7, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a motor vehicle stop on Shearwater Drive.

Noah Washken, 34, of South Shore Lane in Ossipee, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2017, on two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Police were sent to Hanover Street for a report of a man “acting erratically in the bus stop in front of the parking garage.” Officers spoke with the man and he was arrested.

Daniel Brown, 34, of Main Street in Somersworth, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension after a motor vehicle stop on Woodbury Avenue.

Joshua D. Younker, 25, of Valderia Drive in Orange Park, FL, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2017, for domestic violence-assault and obstructing report of a crime or injury. Police were sent to Osprey Drive for a report of a man and woman fighting, banging on the walls, and yelling and screaming. The investigated the incident and arrested the man.

Benjamin M. Weaver, 23, of Old Stagecoach Road in Bedford, MA, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2017, for criminal trespass, resisting arrest, and protective custody of an intoxicated person. Police were sent to Market Street for a report of a man who was “causing problems” who may have broken an elevator. The man was later arrested and the elevator was placed out of order.

Victoria Corbin, 31, of Logan Street in Rochester, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a motor vehicle stop at Maplewood Avenue and Woodbury.
