“Lunday had items that were taken in the burglary in his possession,” Lt. Paul Thompson of the Manchester Police Department alleged.

Lunday, back in March 2012, when he was living in Exeter, was arrested in that community on three counts of simple assault and possession of a controlled drug. A little more than a year later, he was living on Lafayette Road in Portsmouth and was arrested by police there on a fugitive from justice charge and warrants after allegedly stealing a wheelchair from Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
