Big Renovation, Name Change for Fox Run Mall

The Fox Run Mall in Newington will get a big renovation this fall.

The mall will also change its name to "The Mall at Fox Run" when the project is complete.

The renovation will add hands-free doors, revamped entrances, new landscaping, sidewalk upgrades and an improved bus shelter area, mall representatives said in a news release.

Portsmouth-based Martini Northern will start the construction work Monday. The project is scheduled to be completed by Thanksgiving.

“We are excited to unveil the new name, The Mall at Fox Run, and renovated entrances to the public,” said mall manager Scott DeCost in a statement. “We believe these changes will be welcomed by our shoppers and provide them with an even more enjoyable experience when they visit our shopping center."
