Liz Fit will be hosting a FREE Self-Protection/Awareness seminar at The Connie Bean Center in Portsmouth, on Saturday May 2, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
Former NH State Trooper and 7th degree Black Belt Mike Rozumek will facilitate the seminar. Mike will share his experiences with the State Police and will talk about several keys to preventing attacks along with survival rules and much more.

Seminar open to individuals ages 14 and up.
