Fugitive from Justice Arrested in Portsmouth: Police Log

Man allegedly exposes himself at the bus station, Maine man arrested on drug charges and a Hampton man was arrested on a driving charge.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Carrie A. Honaker, 49, of Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on April 17, 2017, for criminal threatening and disorderly conduct. Police were sent to the home after a man alleged that a woman was “going to choke him” and if officers came, “she’ll kill them.” The woman was later arrested.

Daniel W. Russell, 51, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on April 17, 2017, for criminal trespass, default or breach of bail conditions, and two city ordinance violations – alcoholic beverages and intoxicated in a park. Police were sent to Islington Street for a report of a few homeless people in the park. One – Russell – was arrested.

Taylor T. Franklin, 24, of Springbrook Circle in Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:08 p.m. on April 17, 2017, for three criminal mischief charges and default or breach of bail conditions. Police were sent to the condo complex for a report of a man allegedly destroying thing and “being unreasonable.” The woman also alleged that medications were also missing and had fresh track marks but was recovering, according to the report. Police arrived and allegedly found a smashed window and door, a smashed table and television, and broken cabinet, and arrested Franklin.

Troy D. Welch, 28, of Limerick Road in Arundal, ME, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on April 17, 2017, for possession of controlled/narcotics drugs and two warrants. Police were sent to Bartlett and Islington streets for a report of passenger in a vehicle from a previous motor vehicle stop leaving on foot from the area. He was later arrested.

Warner Morse, 54, of Winnacunnet Road in Hampton, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension after a motor vehicle stop on Lafayette Road.

Jonathan Gorman, 42, of an unknown address, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2017, for indecent exposure and lewdness. Police were sent to Hanover Street for a report of an intoxicated man getting off a bus and then, allegedly exposing himself. Police later arrested Gorman.

Dylan Frost, 24, pictured in this file photo, of an unknown address, was arrested at 10:59 a.m. on Feb. 3, 2017, on a fugitive from justice charge. Officers were sent to a domestic incident on Woodbury Avenue with a man and woman in front of a store with a child in a car “screaming at each other,” according to a report. They reportedly left the area but the man was arrested later.
