Hampton Minister Arrested on Breach Charge: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Kathleen M. Riley, 27, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2016, on violation of protective order; penalty. Police went to the address attempting to serve a warrant and took Riley into custody.

Frado Samprimo, 49, of Elaine Street in Hampton, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. on Feb. 9, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions. Samprimo was a walk-in arrest at the police department.

Ian Ciesla, 29, of Marcy Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:21 p.m. on Feb. 9, 2016, for criminal mischief and simple assault. He was a walk-in arrest.

Alan P. Timperman, 33, of Wallace Road in Rye, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. on Feb. 9, 2016, on a warrant. An officer stopped a vehicle at Greenland Road and Peverley Hill Road for an active warrant from New Hampshire State Police. A trooper came to the scene and took custody of Timperman.

Charles H. Hayes, 28, of Manor Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:32 p.m. on Feb. 11, 2016, and charged with suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested after a traffic stop on the northbound side of the Route 1 Bypass.

Matthew Temple II, 34, of Lafayette Street in Rochester, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on Feb. 12, 2016, on a burglary charge. Police were sent to Harding Road for a report of a subject kicking open a door. When they arrived, the man was reportedly coming out of the home and was arrested. Police checked other houses in the area and also process the burglary scene.
