Homeless Man Arrested in Prescott Park
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Wednesday, June 7, through Sunday, June 10.
Wednesday:
- At 10:03 a.m., police arrested a Rochester man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. James Brouillard, 48, of 1 Willowbrook Drive in Rochester was wanted as a habitual offender and for disobeying a police officer.
- At 1:24 p.m., police charged James Brouillard again in Market Square for violation of probation or parole after learning he was wanted on that charge by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. Police transported Brouillard to the Dover Toll Plaza where he was met by the county sheriff's deputies.
- At 2:29 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old juvenile at Portsmouth High School and charged him with criminal threatening and simple assault.
- At 5:43 p.m., police reported fraud at a Route 1 Bypass business after the caller said someone tried to pass a $10 counterfeit bill.
- At 6:52 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old juvenile on Union Street and charged him with three counts of simple assault.
- At 8:11 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old juvenile on Ledgewood Drive and charged him with simple assault.
- At 8:16 p.m., police charged a homeless man with criminal threatening on Marcy Street. Police found the man sleeping in a tent in Prescott Park. Todd Douglass Ball, 49, of Portsmouth was charged with criminal threatening (intimidation), criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention. He was also taking into protective custody for alcoholism.

- At 3:30 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man at Vaughn Mall who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. David Karlotski, 39, of 204 Springbrook Circle in Portsmouth was wanted for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration.
- At 3:37 p.m., police arrested a Boston man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Travis A. Witham, 28, of 17 Thacher St., Apt. 1 in Boston, Mass., was wanted for simple assault and theft by unauthorized taking.
Saturday:
- At 12:26 a.m., police arrested a Brentwood man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Borthwick Avenue. Christopher Petruccelli, 44, of 22 Lyford Lane in Brentwood was wanted on a bench warrant.
- At 4:32 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Lafayette Road. Scott J. Tobey, 30, of 473 Middle Road, Apt. 1., in Portsmouth was wanted for criminal threatening (intimidation) and false imprisonment.
- At 7:13 p.m., police reported shoplifting at a Lafayette Road store where the caller said someone stole $200 of baby formula.
- At 9:25 p.m., police arrested an Exeter woman for motor vehicle offenses on Islington Street and Rock Street. Denise Ambrose, 49, of 57 Park St., Apt. A, in Exeter was charged with driving after suspension (alcohol related).

- At 2:26 p.m., police reported a burglary at One Harbour Place when the caller said he was asleep on his boat when he heard someone onboard. He said he chased the person off, but was not sure what, if anything, was stolen.
