Kittery, Maine Man Charged with Stalking
The following arrest information was supplied by the Portsmouth Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, Dec. 29 through Friday, Dec. 30.
Thursday:
- At 6:44 a.m., police reported that a motorist hit a coyote on Greenland Road and Islington Street.
- At 10:20 a.m., police arrested a Kittery, Maine man for stalking on Bartlett Street. Timothy M. Lyons, 42, of 69 Old Dennett Road in Kittery, Maine was charged with stalking and default or breach of bail conditions.
- At 7:29 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman for motor vehicle offenses on Islington Street and Cabot Street. Rebecca Anne Jackson, 18, of 1009 Maplewood Ave., Apt. 4 in Portsmouth was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.
- At 8:44 p.m., police reported a theft of DVDs from a case inside a Woodbury Avenue store.

- At 12:47 a.m., police reported a simple assault on Maplewood Avenue after the caller said he and two of his friends were assaulted. Police reported that none of the victims wanted to press charges.
- At 2:21 a.m., police took six juveniles into protective custody after they were charged with motor vehicle offenses on Greenland Road and Harvard Street. The juveniles had eggs in the vehicle and told police they were egging on the Spaulding Turnpike in Dover.
- At 4:51 a.m., police arrested a Hampstead man who was involved in a disorderly conduct incident on Lafayette Road. Matthew Seipold, 29, of 85 Maple Ave. in Hampstead was charged with resisting arrest or detention.
- At 9:46 a.m., police reported a theft on Middle Road after the caller said someone broke into his work van and stole a GPS valued at $500.
- At 1:15 p.m., police reported a theft after the caller said they had some jewelry stolen.
- At 1:40 p.m., police reported another theft of a GPS from a vehicle parked on South Street the caller said was valued at $150.
- At 4:58 p.m., police arrested a Somersworth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he was detained by the Somerworth Police. John Miller, 28, of 223 High St. in Somersworth was wanted for simple assault and criminal mischief.
- At 6:47 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man on Lafayette Road for criminal trespass. Shane Briney, 32, address unknown, in Portsmouth was charged with that offense.
