LizFit Gives Back with Complimentary Yoga

Six weeks of classes are available for Seacoast residents at the Spinnaker Point Recreation Center in Portsmouth.

PORTSMOUTH, NH - LizFit has teamed-up with local instructors to provide six weeks of complimentary yoga classes for the Seacoast community.

Liz Forkel, owner of Portsmouth-based LizFit, is completing 200 hours of yoga teacher training and is excited to give back to the community as she introduces new yoga classes to the current schedule LizFit.

Complimentary yoga classes will be held at the Spinnaker Point Recreation Center in Portsmouth. Five classes will be held each week and all six instructors will bring their personalities unique styles to class.

“It’s a wonderful way for people to experience different classes and styles of teaching,” said Forkel who has been in the fitness industry for more than 25 years. “We have some instructors who are new to teaching, and we believe this will be a comfortable platform in which they are able to gain experience. We are so grateful for our partnership with Spinnaker Point Recreation Center; they have been extremely integral to the success of LizFit and we are thrilled to be providing our Give Back Yoga classes here.”

Saturdays at 10:15 a.m. with Liz Forkel.
Sundays at 8:30 a.m. with Rebecca Harrison.
Mondays at 6:45 p.m. with Elyse Fairburn.
Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m.with Donna MacDonald and Sheilah Carroll.
Thursdays at 4 p.m. with Erica Hoven.

Classes will be held through May 31, 2016, and are open to all ages (18+), levels, and abilities.
