Local Fugitive Captured While Hiding in Bathroom

A local fugitive with a host of warrants—including one for theft out of Portsmouth District Court—was captured while hiding in a bathroom, authorities said.

Justin Collier, 22, of Rochester was arrested at an apartment complex in Dover Saturday night.

Collier was wanted on warrants out of the following courts:

• Portsmouth District Court for theft
• Dover District Court for three counts of assault
• Rockingham County Sheriff's Office for probation violations
• Lebanon (Maine) District Court for operating after suspension
