Maine Man Arrested on Drug Charges: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Kevin P. Williams, 29, of Pleasant Street in Leominster, MA, was arrested at 1:26 p.m. on March 10, 2016, on a fugitive of justice charges. He was arrested for probation violation for marijuana on International Drive.

Kelani A. Castellez, 28, of Belle Marsh Road in South Berwick, ME, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on March 10, 2016, for uttering false/forged prescription. She was arrested on a warrant.

A 17-year-old was taken into protective custody on an involuntary emergency admission at 2:17 p.m. on March 11, 2016, at the Robert Lister Academy after he made threats.

Taylor K. Young, 29, of Ramsdell Lane in York, ME, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on March 11, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and speeding. Young was arrested after a traffic stop on Peverly Hill Road and Banfield Road.

Meghan M. Conway, 31, of Wedgewood Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:28 a.m. on March 14, 2016, for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking and a bench warrant. She was arrested on Woodbury Avenue.

Joshua B. Palmer, 31, of Burleigh Street in Waterville, ME, was arrested at 8:44 a.m. on March 16, 2016, on two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was arrested in Augusta, ME, and transported to Portsmouth.
