Maine Man Arrested on Numerous Credit Card Fraud Charges: Log

Portsmouth Police: Rye woman arrested for disorderly conduct and a juvenile was charged with trespassing.

A juvenile was arrested at 10:17 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2015, for criminal trespass. Police were sent to Middle Street for a report of a female on the property and inside the home, allegedly breaking into the home. She was removed and taken into custody.

James MacCausland, 49, of Coleman Road in Byfield, MA, was arrested at 8:41 a.m. on Dec. 28, 2015, for uniform civil liability for support, judge’s order to arrest, and non-support. Police were sent to Gosling Road for a report of a vehicle parked on the side of the building. They ran a check on the driver and found that he had active warrants out of Rockingham County and was arrested and held.

Raymond M. Keene, 44, of Garrison Avenue in York, ME, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on Dec. 28, 2015, five counts of fraudulent use of credit card, three counts of criminal liability for conduct of another, receiving stolen property, and theft. He was arrested and held without bail.
