Maine Man Charged with Second-Degree Assault
Plus, more heroin arrests; residents of Derry, Epping, Kingston, Manchester, Salem, and South Hampton also face charges.

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following individuals recently:
Michael C. Chapman, 32, of Warner Hill Road in Derry, was arrested for VOP on an operating while habitual offender charge on May 20.
Kristen Johnson, 28, of Youville Street in Manchester, was arrested on May 20, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent on a violation for possession of heroin.

Jared LaRochelle, 23, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, was arrested for driving after suspension or revocation on May 19.
David M. Lovallo, 33, of Portland, Maine, was arrested on May 19, for VOP on a second-degree assault charge.

Timothy A. Smart, 43, of Policy Street in Salem, was arrested on May 18, for VOP for bad checks.
Bridge C. Watson, 41, of Houde Street in Nashua, was arrested for escape on an original charge of heroin possession. She was arrested on May 18.
James C. O’Neil, 43, of Lake Street in Salem, was arrested on May 18, for def sent on an original charge of heroin possession.
Shawn M. Turcotte, 31, of Dorothy Drive in Epping, was arrested on May 18, for violation of probation on a heroin possession charge and theft.
Tara D. Broughton, 34, of Main Street in Gonic, was arrested on May 17, on a restitution charge for bad checks.

Elise M. Bullion, 21, of Towle Road in Kingston, was arrested on May 16, for reckless operation, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, and criminal threatening (use of a deadly weapons).
Matthew A. Mize, 29, of Exeter Road in South Hampton, was arrested on May 16, for driving after revocation or suspension.
David M. Hall, Route 27 in Raymond, was arrested on May 14, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a disp hearing for delivery of articles prohibited and a second warrant for failure to appear in drug court for burglary.
James A. Silva Sr., 58, of Dalton Road in Plaistow, was arrested on May 13, for violation of a court order.
Peter A. Harkins, 27, of School Street in Manchester, was arrested on May 13, for VOP on a theft charge.
Patrick M. Murphy, 34, of Woods Drive in Newmarket, was arrested on May 12, for def sentence on a simple assault charge.
