Maine Teens Arrested on Drug Charges: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Lauri L. Nicoletta, 56, of Yarmouth, ME, was arrested at 9:56 a.m. on June 19, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop at Maplewood Avenue and Dennett Street.

Robert W. Kennedy, 53, of Brackett Road in Rye, was arrested at 2:52 p.m. on June 19, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop at Elwyn Road and Regina Road. A caller alleged that the vehicle was “all over the road.” The driver – Kennedy – reportedly has three other convictions for operating after suspension.

Ryan Lynch, 19, of Shana Lane in North Berwick, ME, was arrested at 11:17 p.m. on June 19, 2016, for possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. Also arrested was William D. Frommer, 19, of Ledgwood Drive in Kittery, ME, for acts prohibited. They were arrested after a traffic stop on Woodbury Avenue.

Mark A. Mahardy, 49, of Albert Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. on June 19, 2016, for criminal mischief, reckless conduct, and endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent. Police were sent to Woodbury Avenue for a report of a domestic incident. A woman was in the lobby of the business with a bloody hand, due to broken glass, according to a report. Portsmouth EMTs were sent to assist both the woman and a man, who complained of a cut on his foot. The man was charged and also served with a no trespass notice.

Kristen Plante, 39, of Silver Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on May 18, 2016, for forgery. She was arrested by the Groveland MA Police on Seabrook and Portsmouth warrants.

David Nolan, 46, of Punch Brook Way in Rochester, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on May 18, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs after a traffic stop on the Route 1 Bypass North.
