Man Arrested on False Imprisonment Charges: Log

Police: Juveniles arrested on Ranger way, Maine man arrested on driving charges – again, Seabrook man arrested arrested on driving charges.

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Nicholas Wagg, 23, of Government Street in Kittery, ME, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. on March 26, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and a bench warrant. He was arrested after a traffic stop at Market Street and Kearsarge Way.

Two juveniles were arrested at 6:34 p.m. on March 27, 2016, after a report of a suspicious vehicle at Ranger Way and Preble Way.

Margaret S. Smith, 29, of Sagamore Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:46 a.m. on March 29, 2016, on warrants. She was arrested on warrants on Sagamore Avenue, one out of Strafford County.

Williams S. Parks, 51, of Cimarron Drive in Seabrook, was arrested at 9:04 a.m. on March 30, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop at West Road and Campus Drive.

Troy E. Brock Sr., 51, of Springbook Circle in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. on March 31, 2016, on two counts of false imprisonment and resisting arrest or detention. Police were sent to the home for a report of a man reportedly not letting the caller out of the apartment. Dispatch could hear a man yelling at a woman over the phone, according to the report. “At one point, he stated the officers would have to break the door down to get in,” according to a report. Brock was later arrested.
