Man Reportedly Cuts Own Throat in Portsmouth: Reports
Breaking: EMTs, New Hampshire State Police K-9 unit were sent to the railroad tracks to find the man, according to reports online.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Numerous first responder agencies have been called to railroad tracks in Downtown Portsmouth for a report of a man who has lacerated his own throat, according to reports online. EMTs were sent to the area about an hour ago as searching for the man. New Hampshire State Police and its K-9 unit were also at the scene searching for the man. At just before 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2016, the man was reportedly found and being cared for, according to a report.
