Man Tased After Assault Incident on High Street: Log
Portsmouth Police also arrest Kittery man for stalking and Rye woman arrested for misapplication of property.

Matthew Bombaci, 31, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:17 p.m. on Oct. 28, 2015, on a bench warrant and violation of probation or parole. He was arrested on Parrott Avenue. The warrant was out of superior court and he was held.

Barbara M. Meserve, 56, of Tehias Road in Rye, was arrested at 4:24 p.m. on Oct. 28, on three counts of misapplication of property. She was arrested at the police station.

Todd Sweet, 40, of Bridge Street in Kittery, ME, was arrested at 8:25 a.m. on Oct. 29, for stalking and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested on a warrant at the police station.
John L. Rossi Jr., 28, of Indian Brook Circle in Gonic, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on Nov. 1, 2015, for simple assault and resisting arrest or detention. Police were sent to High Street for a report of a disorderly conduct incident. A man was Tased for allegedly not being cooperative. According to the report, a “concerned drunk citizen” staying a hotel picked up a man and brought him to his hotel. The man was reportedly intoxicated and couldn’t find his girlfriend. The man stated that his girlfriend was wearing a vampire costume with red heels and was last seen at Gillys. Police found the woman who stated that she was not aware she was missing.
