Maryland Man Arrested For Drunken Driving Again: Portsmouth Police Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Ashley Rose Leathers, 26, of an unknown address in Rochester, was cited on a warrant at 9:14 a.m. on Nov. 7, 2022. An employee told police she was asked to leave due to smoking in a room. She was given a summons and moved along with another woman.

Johnny Schultz, 36, of Nabbs Street in Glen Burnie, Maryland, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on Nov. 7 on driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated-second offense charges. He was arrested on Maplewood Avenue and Dearborn Street.

Max J. Malanaphy, 30, of Pepperrell Road in Kittery Point, Maine, was arrested at 11:41 p.m. on Oct. 29 on conduct after an accident and two driving while intoxicated charges as well as use of a mobile electronic device while driving violation. Police were sent to Little Harbor Road for a report of a driver clipping a telephone pole. When they arrived, they found heavy front-end damage to the vehicle. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested.

Beverly Antoine, 27, of Ledgewood Drive in Portsmouth was arrested at 3:11 p.m. on Oct. 29 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a stop at Peverly Hill Road and Greenleaf Avenue.

Christian Gabriel Robertson, 24, of Drury Lane in Slidell, Louisiana, was arrested on a bench warrant at 4:36 a.m. on Oct. 29. Police were sent to Lafayette Road for a report of a man at the hotel attempting to access rooms. He was escorted back to his room, but police found he had a warrant, and he was arrested.

Shanna R. Gray, 36, of Hickey Street in Rochester was cited at 3:51 p.m. on driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration charges. She was charged after a stop at Portsmouth Boulevard and Shearwater Drive.

Randy J. Guiffrida, 38, of Bragdon Road in Wells, Maine, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on Oct. 16 on driving while intoxicated, reckless operation, and speeding charges, as well as a lane control violation on Lafayette Road.

Ramah J. Williams, 32, of Sandy Hill Road in Boyertown, Pennsylvania, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. on Oct 15 on three domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident at a business on Vaughn Street.
