Massachusetts Woman Arrested on Drug Charges
State Police charge Ann Federico after she allegedly passed false prescriptions in Portsmouth.

The New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Drug Diversion Unit has arrested a Massachusetts woman on prescription drug charges.
Ann M. Federico, 48, of Locust Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on three counts of uttering a false prescription.
According to an investigation by the narcotics unit, Federico allegedly passed fraudulent prescriptions for oxycodone at the CVS pharmacy in Portsmouth. She turned herself in to the Stratham Police Department, according to a press statement by the state police.
