More Arrests Made in Online Sex Ad Assault, Robbery Case
Reports: One fugitive, four others arrested connected to Craigslist/Backpage luring incident from earlier this month.

SOMERSWORTH, NH - More people allegedly involved in an assault and robbery incident, where a man was lured to a “personal services” sex ad and then beaten and robbed have been arrested, according to a report on N1 News.
Joel Leary, 21, of McKeavney Road in Milton, was arrested at 238 Main St. on a warrant charging him with conspiracy to commit robbery after police found him hiding in the trunk of a car at that address. Leary was scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning.
Also arrested were Matthew E. Nuernberg, 22, pictured upper left hand corner, and Chelsey Barratt, 20, pictured bottom left hand corner, who were both charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, as well as Jennifer Chandler, 26, pictured in the bottom right hand corner, who was charged with two counts of hindering apprehension, and Tyler Irving, 18, of Depot Street in Somersworth, who was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug (marijuana, cocaine).

Police reportedly were called to an apartment on Main Street in Somersworth for a robbery report on Jan. 14, 2016. A man reported that he met the woman after responding to “personal services” ads on Craigslist and Backpage and when he arrived at the apartment, was attacked and robbed.

According to NH 1 News, Nuernberg and Barratt were arrested after a search warrant was issued for one of the apartments. Leary was arrested in a vehicle along with Chandler, who was allegedly driving the vehicle. Tyler was a passenger in the vehicle.
