A new Rite Aid in Yoken's Plaza on Lafayette Road opened to customers Friday.
There are two more Rite Aids in Portsmouth—one on Woodbury Avenue and one on Islington Street.
The new Rite Aid has a drive-through pharmacy.
A Five Guys Burgers and Fries and a Newburyport Five Cents Savings Bank are also being built at Yoken's Plaza.
