New Xfinity App Arrives Just in Time for Ski and Holiday Season

Just in time for the busy ski and holiday season ahead, Comcast introduced a major update to its Xfinity TV Player App, now called Xfinity TV Go.  The new Xfinity TV Go app allows customers to watch up to 35 television channels over the Internet on their Apple and Android-powered mobile devices.  Coupled with the ability to stream more than 25,000 On Demand choices and download thousands of hit movies and TV shows to watch offline later, Xfinity TV Go provides everything Xfinity TV customers need for accessing their favorite content on-the-go.

Xfinity TV customers can choose from 35 live TV channels from the app, depending on their subscription, wherever there's a WiFi connection.  Participating networks at launch include BBC World News, beIN SPORT, beIN SPORT en Espanol, Big Ten Network, CNBC, CNN, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPN Deportes, ESPNEWS, ESPNU, FOX Business Channel, FOX News Channel, FOX Sports 1, FX, FXX, Golf Channel, HLN, MSNBC, National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo WILD, NBC Sports Network and all seven PAC-12 Networks, with more to come.

The Xfinity TV Go app provides a new option to watch the latest news, sports, and pop culture events live as they unfold, wherever they are.  And, customers can use their WiFi connection before they leave on their trip or commute to pack their app with entertaining shows and movies that will be saved on the device making it easy to watch without having to track down a high-speed connection.
