Newmarket Man Arrested on Drug, Other Charges: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Jamie Benedict, 29, of an unknown address in Rochester, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on Dec. 29, 2015, for receiving stolen property. She was arrested on a Hillsborough County warrant.

Marc Deschenes, 33, of Hanover Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2015, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Middle Street.

Kenneth W. Bynion, 45 of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:59 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2015, for driving after revocation or suspension, traffic control devices, and a warrant. He was arrested on Lafayette Road.

Riley Carter, 20, of Heartwood Circle in Newmarket, was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2015, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, resisting arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, and unlawful possession of alcohol. Police were sent to Congress Street for an intoxicated man that was kicked out of Joe’s, was fighting with people, and then, fled the area. Police arrested him outside of Jumpin’ Jays.

William Timmins, 47, of Cutts Road in Kittery, ME, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. A vehicle was stopped at Market and Ceres streets. The driver was given a field sobriety test and then arrested. A female passenger was PC’d.
