North Conway Man Charged with Assault, Criminal Threatening

The following arrest information was supplied by the Portsmouth Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Monday, April 2 through Tuesday, April 3.

Monday:

  • At 8:47 a.m., police reported criminal threatening after the caller said some graffitti was found on the back of a building on Brewery Lane.
  • At 12:47 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Christy D. Wanager, 31, of 21 Brewster St., Apt. 9, in Portsmouth was charged with violation of probation or parole, being a fugitive from justice and on an arrest warrant.
  • At 5:20 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman following a domestic incident on Mackerel Avenue. Tonia Perrin, 47, of 214 Mackerel Ave. in Portsmouth was wanted for default or breach of bail conditions and stalking.
  • At 5:37 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man following a domestic incident at Beechstone Apartments. Peter Darrigio III, 31, of 55 Ski Mobile Drive in North Conway was charged with two counts of simple assault, second-degree assault and two counts of criminal threatening.
  • At 5:42 p.m., police reported a theft on Rockland Street after the caller said someone stole some cash from her.

  • At 3:35 p.m., police reported a theft on Grafton Drive when the caller said a vehicle had all four tires stolen from it. Police reported the lug nuts were still on the ground and police detectives were dispatched to the scene to investigate.
