Pair Arrested on Drug Charges After Vehicle Towed: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Tammi Jimenez, 44, of Clark Road in Rye, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2015, for fraudulent use of a credit card. She was arrested by Nashua Police, processed, and bailed out there, according to Portsmouth Police.

David F. Lafond, 28, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2015, on a warrant. Police made a stop on Greenleaf Avenue and found that Lafond had an active warrant out of Epping and he was arrested. Police transported him to Stratham to hand off to Epping Police.

Jason T. O’Connor, 36, of Colonial Village in Somersworth, was arrested at 5:02 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2015, for conduct after an accident and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle. He was arrested by Dover Police.

Chris M. Bouchard, 37, of Back River Road in Boothbay, ME, and Michael J. Bisbee, 39, of Quaker Highway in Uxbridge, MA, were arrested at 1:59 a.m. on Dec. 17, 2015, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers checked out a vehicle with its lights on and occupants inside on Bartlett Street. The officer stated that their vehicle broke down on I-95 and was towed to the location, according to a police report. The tow was confirmed by the company. The two men were later arrested.

Raelean M. Wright, 51, of Milton, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2015, for driving while intoxicated. Three vehicle crashed on Woodbury Avenue. Drivers were given field sobriety tests and Wright was arrested.
